Paolo Baldini DubFIles annuncia l’uscita di un nuovo album, anticipato dal brano We Rasta, disponibile dal 31 gennaio su tutte le piattaforme digitali di streaming.
Il produttore e musicista pordenonese negli ultimi anni si è ritagliato un ruolo sempre più di rilievo nella scena in levare mondiale, e ha sviluppato questo progetto con Imperial Sound Army, realtà di spicco del panorama dei soundsystem internazionale, capitanata dal cantante e soundman Dan I.
Il nuovo disco intitolato Dolomites Rockers vede la partecipazione di numerosi artisti della scena reggae e dub internazionale (tra cui Akae Beka, Fikir Amlak, Benji Revelation) e esplora sonorità più elettroniche e “heavyweight” rispetto ai precedenti lavori di DubFiles, ma Baldini mantiene il proprio approccio analogico e organico alla produzione.
Il disco, in uscita nella primavera 2020 per La Tempesta Dub, etichetta di cui Baldini cura la direzione artistica assieme ai Mellow Mood.
