Dopo “The Way” e “Dark Night” tornano i Next Station con un altro singolo! SUNFLOWER: Un brano completamente diverso dai due precedenti, questa traccia colpisce per la sua semplicità, per la sua leggerezza e per il suo ritmo lento ma coinvolgente. I cinque giovanissimi liguri stanno lavorando duramente ma i risultati si vedono, da quest’estate hanno aperto concerti molto importanti in giro per l’italia: Forelock e Arawak al BABABOOM festival, A Raphael & Lion D a Bragno Reggae e poche settimane fa a Mr. Vegas al CS Pinelli di Genova.
A marzo uscirà il loro omonimo e primo disco, nove brani e tra qui questi anche i loro tre singoli. La data di presentazione del disco sarà al Rude Club di Savona il 10 marzo!

BIOGRAFIA
I Next Station sono una giovane band nata in Liguria composta da cinque ragazzi uniti nella loro passione per il Reggae.Si impongono subito sulla scena aprendo vari live a Raphael, Lion D, Forelock, Sistah Awa e Eazy Skankers. Nel Marzo 2017 esce il loro primo EP con il singolo “The Way”. Nel Gennaio 2018 esce il loro primo omonimo disco “Next Station”.
La band è nata nel marzo 2015 da un idea di Gabriele Pollicino (Bassista) e Luca Durante (Chitarrista). I due decisero di formare un gruppo musicale che proponesse un genere originale, un genere che permettesse alla gente che lo ascoltava di ballare e sorridere, spaccando un po’ la monotonia dell’ Alternative che si proponeva nella scena savonese. Il chitarrista un giorno scoprì che una sua compagna di classe sapeva cantare, sapeva cantare piuttosto bene: le piaceva particolarmente il reggae, un genere che era piuttosto amato anche dagli altri due. Luca e Gabriele erano amici famiglia e una sera, ad una cena parlando con un loro amico, Lorenzo Rognone, scoprirono che quest ultimo sapeva suonare le tastiere piuttosto bene e gli proposero di entrare in un eventuale band reggae: egli accettò molto volentieri. Qualche giorno dopo, i tre ragazzi, ascoltando un pezzo della cantante in classe con Luca, decisero di proporlo anche a lei di entrare nel gruppo, Daria Ciarlo emozionatissima, disse immediatamente di si. Era quasi tutto pronto, mancava un batterista oramai; questa figura venne occupata nel giro di una settimana da Luca burattini: il ragazzo era un calciatore del Quiliano proprio come Lorenzo e l’altro Luca. La band non pensava che Burattini avrebbe accettato, era un metallaro che amava far casino con la batteria.. ma segretamente era un amante del reggae.
